The aim of Connect Special Need Services is to provide individuals in Victoria with mobility restrictions high-quality care and support. In fact, this is the prime aim of the organisation since its inception. To reach this objective, we have included experienced support workers. No matter the tasks that they are assigned with, they accomplish the same with care to help their clients develop the skills with which they can manage themselves. In addition, to provide better care, we as an organisation tailor our support services for the convenience of our clients.

As an organisation, providing care to individuals with physical impairments in Victoria, we have evolved over time. We strive to provide our clients with continuous high-end services, and to do so, we research and develop new methods of caregiving. However, we do so in consultation with experts as well physicians. Besides, while developing care plans, we coordinate with the family members of our clients as well as other support staff taking care of them. Also, to retain the quality of our services, we personalise our support services as per the physical conditions and the impairments that have affected our clients. Apart from this, we aim to become the top organisation within the shortest duration.
